# the proper way to complete a transfer ?

I always require assistance when doing a transfer, is there anyway you guys could simplify the process

To transfer data like customer information or or merchandise, simply download as an excel of CVS from existing POS, and import it to Springboard. You may need to download Springboard's template and adjust your files to match.
