# What is the best way to keep the media library organized or streamline uploading to this feature?

Currently we are more likely to upload images to the individual posts themselves, so adding them to the media library takes an extra step. It's also challenging to maintain optimal version control. What is the recommended workflow for managing and building a media library?

Every time you get the asset, make a habit to upload and tag it first thing before you post, then you can even start originating posts from the asset library based on tags VS the other way around.
