# WHEN WILL YOU GET CUSTOMER SERVICE IN AUS TIME, SO THERE ISN'T A BIG DELAY IN RESPONSE?

WHENEVER I TRY TO GET  A QUESTION ANSWERED IT TAKES A HALF DAY TO GET A RESPONSE. MOST THINGS DON'T GET SOLVED.
