# Why is the email function so cumbersome?

Just compare it to sending a Google groups email and you'll know.

I have asked this question myself! I think we need to keep making suggestions to the support team as they do seem to stay on top of updates. I have found the most frustrating thing to be that "Queued for immediate delivery" can literally mean hours!
