# What is the future of Business Hangouts when having tools like Chats and Duo?

Indeed, there are more than one software that have the same functionnality

For me, I would say Hangouts is in a slightly different class than Duo at least.  Not everyone wants to be instantly in front of the camera on video when doing business with a client.  For me, Hangouts is pretty easy to use for texting and calling.
