# Why can't I give some of my own points to coworkers? Or have a dropdown selection to give points

Currently, I'm given a certain number of points per quarter to give out to coworkers. I would also like to give some of my own points to coworkers. Example: I have 253 points. I redeem 250 points, and have a leftover of 3 points. I can't do anything with those 3 points besides giving them to other people!
