Hi Dr. Loubna Noureddin! Thank you for asking this question. My name is Jasmine and I'm a Research Analyst at G2. One of my focuses on the site is real estate and association management.

Starting from version 8.1 of ClubExpress, within the emailings function of the product, you can now take advantage of the option to "save" the email you've been building as a template. You can also schedule times and frequencies of those emails. You can find all this within the Emailing Administration module of ClubExpress; find "Configure" display within that module, to access the drop down menu. "Configure" can only be accessed by full administrators or module coordinators.
