# How can I export answers to a quiz so that they appear vertically in the excel file?

When I export, the flow of the information runs horizontally. I then have to highlight all the data, copy it, and the then special paste (transpose) to get it to appear vertically. I have several managers that aren't so savvy so these extra steps are tedious.

The reporting in Captivate is poor and has no ability to be customized. Since the Last Update, 04-04-2020, the reporting is actually a mess. Captivate Prime is producing incomplete reports or reports with useless data. At this point there is no time line to fix the issue.
