# How can i make each pdf file under clients' name after they fill out the form on SignNow?

Dear Rachel,
you can rename the document BEFORE sending it to your client.  Click on More dropdown button and then select Rename Document.
Once the document is already e-signed, you cannot rename it, sorry. But you can see the emails of those who signed it straight under the Signed green button. This usually helps with differentiation.
If you need to rename the pdf of the already signed document, then you would need to download it first and only then you can rename it.
