# How to control users access to process in orchestrator by sharing same bot?

We have implemented many automation for SAP Finance users, but they can't run the process as once they have access to orchestrator, they will see other department that they not authorized to run. We tried tenant option but that requires dedicated bot and caused certain bot sitting in tenant idle as some bot we only run quarterly or 1st day of the month

1)what is the version you are using? (community or enterprise)
2)if one BOT is busy executing a process "X" (from orchestrator) , you can't run another process "Y"with same BOT
