Once an event is finished, the app will remain available for 3 months so attendees can continue to view the event content and connect with other participants. Even once the event is closed after 3 months, any 1:1 messages and contacts exchanged will still be available for attendees to access on the mobile app. You also have the option to increase the 3 month period to up to 12 months if you wish to prolong access to event content, community discussions, etc. This option does come at an extra charge in order to cover our cost to facilitate the data.
