# What add-on do you recommend the most? Is there a CRM feature optimized for social media profiles?

I haven’t explored integrations. I’m currently most interested in a CRM that’s optimized for social media profiles.

It depends on the CRM system you are using. Hootsuite doesn't talk to our industry-specific CRM. I recommend mail chimp though for a small business.
