# How can i run Financial Report Builder with multiple departments

How can i run Financial Report Builder with multiple departments, columns sorted by department details,  without showing the No Department columns with $0's?  Example of headers:
FINANCIAL ROW	- NO DEPARTMENT -	FAZOLI'S	TOTAL

If you click on the "More" button on the bottom right next to column, you can select the departments from there. You can select all the departments that you want or exclude the ones that you know are zero balance. You can also change the column so you can view the numbers by department.
