Cc'ing different people in abstracts

Come December I will need to announce the CRA 2020 Undergraduate Awards. Each nominee (abstract submission) will need to be Cc to a different person. So we will need to email the student, but then also Cc their department chair and department admin. Right now you can't Cc anyone, let alone different people. Any chance this can be in place by December?? :)
