# Have you received feedback from clients on effective ways to get new employees to upload profile pic

An obstacle we are currently facing is that we are having a difficult time getting new employees to upload their profile picture on their first week

Our HR and IT teams have implemented this task into the overall new-hire onboarding process, so it takes away that optional feeling, almost as if it's part of their checklist of items to do. Also make sure to explain that as your company grows, it's extremely helpful for everyone to put faces to names..
