Change your CRM immediately from IXACT. Yes, the help staff and friendly and knowledgeable, Top Producer is easier to use than IXACT.
They chsnged their system and now you must scroll down to a drop down box for EVERYTHING; mailing address, office contact info, spouses name, spouses contact info.

Their keep in system to remind you to call or send email for a birthday, home anniversary only states the number of contacts that are in Keep In Touch. You must go to a different page to look up whom and what mailings or Keep In Touch with that client.

I am in the process of changing CRMs. I would use complicated Top Producer before IXACT. At least TP has work arounds.

RUN from IXACT.

A couple of tips that I have is to make sure you use their resources, and team to do your on-boarding. Also, when in doubt, call them and ask. It is so much faster that way, versus trying to figure it out yourself. They have been great, and I have had them for several years! MT
