# How do you debug without support?

How do you debug the logs that have been generated within the application without the aid of the support team? It is understandable that some level of debugging will always rest with the developers and the product owners, so apart from that, do you debug logs on by yourself or do you solely depend on the support for the same?

Customer can download management server and node server related logs from the UI directly without the involvement of support. Normally these logs are rotated and archived based on size. These logs can help in debugging UI and in-line related issues.

Regarding API and other actions there is no direct logs to access but if the customer wants to dig deeper into any informatioin being displayed in charts or US, they can go to activity audit log which has a binocular icon for the raw event. This shows the actual event information received from the cloud.

Hope this clarifies.
