# When do you suggest putting reps in front of people in the drift conversation?

Curious what the overall consensus is. I say, you should get a person in front of them as soon as possible.

Agreed. Sometimes though, there can be the added complexity of volume, or filtering support requests. So many folks ask us to add qualification barriers before actually routing to reps. With our progressive profiling conversational bots, we have found a way to get the best of both worlds and dial the volume up or down when we need to.

But YES, Adam. Get in front of those people live!
