# send e-mails for users

the login admin panel, when I want to send an email to everyone but I use something like gmail, it doesn't allow it. This could be implemented. in some cases I need to do this manually. what makes the process slow

Hi Tulio,

Only users invited to the workspace can receive scheduled e-mails. If you need to distribute the reports to more users, please consider adding them to the workspace.

I believe you can use the API to grab the emails for registered users and then pass them to an email application. Some of this will depend on how you have your projects set up.
