# Is it complicated to use?

Really, it is not complicated to start using Slack as a communication tool. However, best of all, in a few weeks you will see how inefficient it was to exchange hundreds and hundreds of emails that formed endless chains and where in the end the key aspects ended up being lost.

Slack is not complicated to use, you don't really required any expertise in order to make use of the cool features Slack has to offer you, the Slackbot also serves as a guide to help you make the best use of Slack App. They also have a support where you can ask questions if you don't know how to use a feature.
