# Why was there trouble downloading the image zip from a Microsoft PC when the uploader had used a MAa

I can provide the error message I received related to this issue. Our IT guy determined that the uploader used a Mac and it was causing an error downloading to my PC.

Ideally there should not be a problem downloading a zip file to a PC even if it has been uploaded from a MAC. Please try to right click on the zip file and click on extract. However if the uploaded zip file is corrupt, that could be the source of the problem.
