Within Rever we (1)allocated points to an idea based on the completeness, activity, and engagement, (2)track the number of 'likes', and (3)capture the estimated $ impact. Based on these three factors you can rank an idea and compare the value of various ideas. The estimated impact is captured based the 'cost savings', 'new revenue', and 'required investment'.
