Freshservice is appropiate for scenarios in which it is needed a Cloud-based ITIL-Compliant Platform that helps any sort of Organization to increase its performance and internal operations. Freshservice is a robust and complete ITIL engine with a friendly UI that lets you to make the most of both your IT processess and assets, not matter your mature index in ITIL stardard. Don´t forget two important strenghts that Freshservice has above many other choises: 1) Free Online Trainning facilitie (i.e. FreshWorks Academy, website and youtube videos), and its Tech Support, really, really outstanding compared with other similar-goals proposals
