4) Enhanced access control – Improve efficiency and control with new features like task delegation, revoke on behalf, bulk revocation, and resource expiration time periods.
- Self-service Helpdesk - Reduce IT helpdesk calls and increase user satisfaction by giving users the tools to resolve access approval delays and other task issues.
