# How do I get support when I need it?

There were times when I had a question and can't find it in the knowledge base area. For example, I was wondering if I could refer other people to the platform and how would I do this, is it that I just directly link them to the website? Or is there a customed link that I need to use?

I have left messages on their voice mail for over two week (no live person available) and no one will get back to me. No support from this company. I left messages on their Facebook page and was told someone would be calling me. No calls to date.
