# How do I get rid of the Facebook pop up?

There is a pop up which keeps telling me that my Facebook isn't connected to Klaviyo but I have checked this several times and it is connected. But the pop up remains. It is rather annoying.

This usually happens when there has been a break in connection between Klaviyo and Facebook. It can happen if Facebook bans your ad account or the primary user. I would remove the klaviyo integration and reinstall it and at that time double check to make sure the right account is connected.
