CIC supports branding with logos, colors, and text. The SignatureOne Ceremony Server can be re-branded to match corporate branding . This is standard HTML modification to JSP pages. All of the screen HTML text can be edited to read specifically to your specifications. All of the email message text and branding is configurable as well.

### Comment 2

The audit trail output can be in the form of XML, PDF, or HTML. The standard format is the XML because it is the most robust and allows for downstream processing. The CIC audit trail contains information about the consent/intent to sign, base signing process plus information about authentication, page navigation, signing events, acknowledgements and system events. When the XML is retrieved from our system, a standard W3C XML digital signature is applied to the XML. This digital signature can be validated using the W3C standards for XML signing to ensure the XML has not been tampered with.
CIC applies a hash to the audit trail to protect the integrity of the XML.

The originating firm can use the XML output of the audit trail for downstream processing, or simply to store along with the signed PDFs for archive. For firms that want to provide the audit detail to parties to the transaction, we can provide the audit detail as a pdf. Additionally, a GUI of the audit trail is viewable via the CIC Dashboard.

### Comment 4

CIC follows ISO 14533 standards, which means that our signatures meet very specific standards so that the digital signatures applied with SignatureOne® will be verifiable for years to come with any PDF reader. Our product applies a unique, legally binding digital signature to each individual signing location within a document so that each specific instance of all signatures applied are tamper evident and verifiable. By signing each location, we can version our documents to show any edits between form filling and signatures. Additionally, In addition to digitally signing each instance of a signature, CIC's transaction audit log is also digitally signed to ensure data integrity.
