# What are other stores' experiences with shipping times and customer satisfaction?

I'd like to figure out what makes customers come back and shop for more! Right now I'm abiding by the rule of "great service = customer retention"

Providing good and consistent customer service is a big part of retaining customers and gaining new one's. Always focus on their satisfaction instead of profits and see the results!
