# How do request profile and have access to contact info?

For example, when I request a profile I don't get a response for any contact info

If you have an Entelo account you can submit the request. Not all candidate information can be captured by Entelo. They can only pull from open source sites. So if the person has their privacy settings set to the max Entelo can't pull their info.
