Hi, quite easy. Once presentations are uploaded to Whova App by your Admin (as a pdf), open the presentation you want to share and click on "Export" top right of the App. Depending on your handset, you will get a variety of options to share, such as Gmail, Outlook etc. Select your preference and your presentation will be automatically attached to the message.
