# Which is the best way for unbounce forms capture cookie information?

We need to capture attribution cookie info in unbounce form so they could be integrated with CRM.

You need a bit of JS to read the cookies and write their values into hidden fields. 
Of course, it depends on the actual cookies and what domain set them in the first place.
