# What is the easiest way to manage changing pay rate in many projects for a single client?

In addition to my other clients, I do freelance work for a web design agency. I set up each of THEIR client websites as a project in Harvest. I like having this setup because, for their invoicing purposes they need to know how much time I spent on each website, and it helps me keep track of any budget limits on each website project.

But when I raise my rate with this agency, I have to edit each project to raise the pay rate, which is tedious. Is there a way to have this be a one-click edit, updating my pay rate in all of those projects, but still easily, independently track and report the time working on each website project?

I believe you can go to Team >Click on yourself>Edit profile>Basic Info. Change your billable rate in there and it should appy to all your projects.
