# How to transfer skype data from an old/disabled version of skype account to another skype account?

We recently lost a Skype account because the billing issue on XBOX account. When i tried to contact the support they said the linked Microsoft account is totally disables. 

We like to restore the chat and other contact data to another Skype or to view it on a file. I tried doing google but could not find a best and easy way to do any of this.

Please let us know if there is any solution to this in the market.

There is one major problem in skype that is video cam, many skype user uses fake cam by installing, and skype cam features easily support the fake cam software. So, please upgrade this features
