# How do I recover a deleted file?

I mistakenly deleted a file and i can't find it even after checking my trash

1. Go to www.drive.google.com/drive/trash

2. Right-click on the file you would like to recover

3. Then Click Restore

hello if you can recover it unless you have permanently deleted it. You can look for the file in the trash can icon you have it below in the left menu of your screen

Login to Google Drive then go to the Trash folder and which every file to be restored right click on it and select restore.
