# How can I copy data from one public survey to another

For example, have users tell me about their site, and then submit weekly data about that site.

Hi Erika.

To automatically transfer data from Survey123 to other systems I would recommend you have a look at Integromat or Microsoft Flow. See for example: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2019/06/02/getting-started-with-survey123-and-integromat

You can easily configure Survey123 so any time data is submitted via a Survey123 smart form, responses will be automatically sent to a spreadsheet (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel Office 365), etc. Similarly, you could load your survey responses in other ArcGIS feature layers, etc. If you transfer the data into a spreadsheet you can use standard spreadsheet functionality such as pivot tables and charts to create summary reports.

Alternatively, you can export Survey123 data into Excel or a CSV so you can use that as an input to other systems.
