As of 7 days ago from Zoho help:

A bit of good news to all, the much awaited integration between Zoho Desk and Whatsapp is all set to happen real soon. Our team here is actively working to bring this feature enhancement out. Unfortunately an exact ETA on this cannot be provided at the moment. We shall keep you updated on the same here.
