# What is the best way to extract the PDF data.

We have 4 types of the input source ( web grid, excel, word, PDF). PDF is more challenge for extracting the information. Checkbox and radio button are not able to extracting from PDF document. Please help me out of this issue.

For extracting radio button/ checkboxes you can use NLP[Natural Language Processing] for that!!

Have you tried this LUIS??

Hi,

The best way of extract data from PDF i.e. REGEX. Using REGEX you can do that.

Simply create one pattern what you want to extract from PDF and past in MATCH activity in UiPath.
