# Why does Insights feature crash?

Does anybody know why does Insights feature crash? I still don't know why it sometimes doesn't load properly.

I have used Clari for 3 years and don't recall Insights ever crashing for me.  Their technical support is excellent, my guess is that they can help you determine why it's crashing for you.
