# When will Suggestion City's structure or way of accepting changes to request be changed?

Suggestion City has been a frustrated part of many from reading comments or improvement request. While many of them have been liked or views numerous times - the requests never come to life. I ran into the same issue and there was never any indication of acknowledgement to see if the issue I reported was ever going tob be fixed.

Hello, 
I think beside the post creating in suggestion city, voting and promoting, an important role will play your CSOD CSM.
But you are right, it would be helpful to have more visibility on which items are picked for future releases. I've never get to know at which level in Cornerstone these aspects are decided and when.
