# What is the best way to get the most out of all the features of MailChimp?

I would like to know if you consider it necessary to certify marketing professionals in the use of the tool

It's not necessary to get certified, but we do make it easy with Mailchimp Academy! We offer a number of free, interactive courses that can teach you the ins and outs of Mailchimp, where each course provides a certificate upon completion.
