When I worked at IBM, we used segment very heavily. We had many different mechanisms to capture segment events. One of the challenges was integrations. Specifically with Salesforce. We wanted to feed real-time platform usage data by customer into a custom object. Instead of using custom code, we chose Tray.io to do the heavy lifting to harvest segment events and route them to their appropriate destinations. We are a partner of Segment and can show you how easy it is to achieve what you're after.
