# how do i open e-mails from smokeball without having outlook 'Not Responding' and freezing

there are always issues whenever i try to open an email from smokeball

My first call would be to customer service, and they will likely be able to uncover the problem.  My guess is, there is a problem with a configuration of the smokeball add-on in outlook, which would likely require reinstallation.  I would also make sure you are running the most recent versions of outlook and smokeball.  Also, I would try opening outlook before opening smokeball on your desktop.
