# How can I add new options in the candidates status ?

When a candidate declines an offer, the only  option is , offer rejected I can only add a note with the reason, It would be nice, to have, offer rejected --- home office.

Walter,

You can customize the Candidate Status and include your custom status options.

Please go to Setup -> Customization  -> Hiring Pipeline -> Manage Status ->  You can edit existing statuses (or) add new choices.

Once saved, Include the newly created status to the Stage it belongs to.
