# Hello how easy is it to apply for help with framework coding in our files?

I have a call center and their files are just looking ugly, it does not have enough features and they seem too lazy to fix their typos, i was wondering if there may be a way we can make their jobs easier, if there is pre coded framework which can implemented into our systems easier maybe they would do it.

There is a lot you can do with a UI to make things faster.  Buttons, value lists, auto-complete, filtering, voice control.  FileMaker as well as others can all do this for you.

Adding value lists into your solution would make data entry quicker for your end user and give you control over what data they input into your fields.   When first implementing a value list you can allow users to input other values not currently in the list while you refine it for them.  Time spent drafting and reviewing the content of the value list with your end users before implementing it will get you closer to an end product that they will be happy with and save you some headaches.
