# Any suggestions on a biweekly/monthly update of some sort to boost employee appreciation 4 eachother

We would love to have an article or something in which team members can boost each other up on a regular basis. An employee spotlight section of some sort.

My company has incorporated bonusly and we love it! It gives you points each month to distribute and these can be redeemed for gift cards.

Great suggestion with Bonusly! That or regular Shout-Outs are a nice way to show appreciation. You can also create an employee spotlight category in News and publish articles there that feature your employees.
