# Has there been any reports of getting support from a Bot on liveagent?

I want to know if liveagent sometimes use robotics in attending to users

The answer is no. They can be templates for streamlined responses. However, no robotics are tending agents. It's a live network.

LiveAgent offer many integration apps. One of them is Quriobot which is a bot for your Live chat. 

I never used it but I know it possible to do so, read more here:
