# How do i fix the communication problems with the signal?

This is about when i talked about that this tool had problems with connections.

If you're working over a network, ask your network administrator to monitor the connection as there are many reasons - including failing hardware in the network - that can cause this. One way of testing yourself is to just use an audio link, turning the video on and off, and see if that makes a difference. If it does, consider trying to upgrade the speed; if not, you probably need technical help.

Personally I've never faced any communication issues. Try connecting your PC/Laptop to a lan cable while working on it, it should hopefully solve the issue.
