# Is there any function to integrate a live chat on our website with omnisend?

The live chat function will be great as it will have all the information linked to omnisend as well, we can see customer's behaviours, tag them and see their past orders. It would be a very good 1 stop platform to see customer's orders and tags.

There are many possibilities for integration with such tools via Zapier. For example, Tidio and Intercom integration will be available soon.
