# What steps can I take to improve the reliability of my setup?

The last year, our uptime was 86%.  This year it is improved, but it is still between 97%-99%, which is still too low.

Hi Will, normally Oracle Analytics is providing an uptime of 99% to 100%. I would recommend to open an SR with Oracle and ask escalation for the CEAL team. They will analyze the setup and provide clear guidance. Thank you
