# Rydoo is already set up, now we want it to integrate with Exact Online, how best to handle?

Rydoo has already been set up to run individually, we have now started to use Exact online for our accounting, which is supposed to have a full integration with Rydoo, but then certain parameters need to align, which currently don't - do I need to set up Rydoo all over again to allow this integration to happen successfully? How have other clients approached this? Our users have just gotten used to the current set-up, so I'm tryin not to disrupt all that again and creating even more resistance on the back)-end. Currently the users are very happy but the back-end users i.e. finance and accounting are still struggling with the reporting that is not easy to fit to our needs

If your accounting software allows csv integration you can run reportings with the accounting function then import into the accounting software. A yooz support tech should be able to help with this. Payments are processed the same way into open payables.
